Installation is non-disruptive and typically takes under a day. Enerzyz then runs read-only while it establishes your baseline, with active optimisation typically beginning 2–4 weeks after installation.
You give us nothing to start with but access to data. We connect read-only, and you decide loop by loop whether we ever control anything. At month four there is one objective test, and if we have not delivered you can stop. After that our own fee is at risk against what we committed to. The free Full Facility Assessment establishes the value on your property's own data: once we have surveyed your site and accepted the required data, we can give you an informed commercial offer for it. Commercial models are subject to change as the model develops. Only the final signed Facility Services Agreement binds and prevails.
