No. It works alongside your existing BMS and building systems, using available telemetry — nothing is ripped out or replaced.

Does Enerzyz control my building?

Only if you choose. Two modes: monitoring (read-only) or write (customer-approved) — write is what unlocks the full savings. You can switch anytime, every action is logged, and you can override or revoke access at any point.

Operational building telemetry only — HVAC, chiller, electrical and environmental data. No guest or personal data is required.

Where is my data stored?

In Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1 and GCP asia-southeast1), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256), under Data Processing Agreement v3.0. You own your data.

Is this suitable for hotels and hospitals?
