Commercial models
Every building is different, so we recommend the right commercial model after the assessment — never before. In the typical case there's no CAPEX (subject to assessment). The options:
Months 1–2 free, with an unconditional exit at Month 2. Prove the savings before you commit — no cost, no lock-in, and your data stays yours.
Pay from a share of the verified savings, so cost is tied to results. Savings are IPMVP-verified against an occupancy- and weather-adjusted baseline.
Where a shared-savings model isn't the right fit — for example under certain pricing or in certain markets — a straightforward subscription can be agreed.
