All facility and contact information submitted through this portal is transmitted to and processed by Enerzyz Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), who is the data controller for all information collected here. Bookallil Advisory acts solely as the operator of this submission channel and does not retain, store, or independently process any personal or facility data.
What information is collected
The Facility Readiness Survey collects operational and infrastructure data about your property. This is facility-level data only — no personal customer, end-user, or occupant information is collected or processed at any point.

How your information is used
Scoping and feasibility
Enerzyz uses the survey responses to assess whether your facility is technically compatible with the Enerzyz platform and to scope the integration requirements.
Commercial proposal
Utility spend and operational data is used to model projected energy savings and prepare a commercial proposal under the Enerzyz Facility Licence Agreement.
Contact and follow-up
Contact details are used solely to respond to your survey submission. They are not used for unsolicited marketing.
No sale to third parties
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party outside of Enerzyz's approved sub-processors (listed below).

Sub-processors
Enerzyz uses the following infrastructure providers to host and process data. All sub-processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations equivalent to those in the Enerzyz Data Processing Agreement.

Data retention and deletion
Survey responses and associated contact data are retained by Enerzyz for a standard period of 2 years from the date of submission, or for the duration of any resulting commercial engagement.
Extended retention is available at the customer's request. On termination of any commercial engagement, a full data export is provided on request, after which data is held for a further 90 days before permanent deletion.
Your rights
